Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Extremely convenient location if you're traveling for buisness. Most restaurants and shops in Bangalore are within a short distance. Indiranagar, Koramangala, etc. are the most popular areas and all are relatively nearby The hotel itself is a spacious and beautiful property. Rooms are well appointed and very big for any hotel standards. We got upgraded to the one bedroom so it was incredible. Very comfortable rooms and good air conditioning. Staff is impeccable. Samiksha at the front desk was super professional and very helpful. She knew exactly how to assist with any requests we had. Grateful for the front desk's support I must say their room service is lightening fast. I've never seen such service times in hotels. Also their restaurant food, staff and experience was wonderful as well. We stayed for about 4 nights and I genuinely didn't want to leave! I'm missing my stay as I write this review
Negative: Water pressure could be more. But that's an infrastructure issue so not sure how feasible it is for them to fix.
